Area Review
The review of the Ashton under Hill Conservation Area is complete.
A revised conservation area boundary and the drafted conservation area character appraisal for Ashton under Hill were adopted by Wychavon District Council on 16th May 2006.
The revised conservation area boundary supersedes the original boundary drawn in 1969.
The appraisal will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications affecting the conservation area.
The new conservation area boundary and the appraisal can be viewed online on this website (see below), at www.wychavon.gov.uk and at the Civic Centre in Pershore, the Droitwich and Evesham Community Contact Centres and the Evesham and Pershore public libraries during normal opening hours.
